Australia’s Empire of the Sun have good reason to celebrate over the coming weeks, their latest album Walking On A Dream has gone Gold in the UK, selling over 100,000 copies and making the UK top twenty album chart.
Luke Steele from Empire of the Sun will also be heard on the latest Jay-Z album, Blueprint III where he appears on the first track What We Talkin’ About. The Jay-Z album features other guest performers including Rihanna, Kayne West and Alicia Keys.
The band are also about to release their fourth track from the album Walking On A Dream, a new version of Without You, mixed by Jeremy Wheatley (Sugarbabes, Sam Sparro) which will be released as a digital bundle on September 25th.
Empire of the Sun will headline at the upcoming Parklife Festivals across Australia and New Zealand, the full dates are as follows:
