There are plenty of top name female artists visiting the UK this Autumn, but I doubt there are many who can match the energy and attitude that Pink brings to the stage as a live performer.
Pink is in the middle of an exhaustive world tour that saw her perform in the UK back in May, she is scheduled to return for a series of fifteen dates in October starting in Ireland at the O2 Dublin where she will play for two night’s on October 14th and 15th.
The current Funhouse tour originated back in February when Pink played her first pop concert promoting the album of the same name at a gig in Paris and has since travelled throughout Europe, Australia, North America and Canada.
The double Grammy winning singer was nominated this year for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, she was also nominated in the Brit Awards for Best International Female Artist and in the MTV VMAs for Best Female Video, all nominations for the single So What.
Although she did not win any of the awards, Pink appeared at the MTV Video Music Awards singing the song Sober while doing a trapeze act, an incredible sight and performance that rocked the Radio City Music Hall in New York.
Since she first appeared in 2000 with her debut album Can’t Take Me Home, Pink really has become one of the first twenty first century female icons in the music industry. Don’t miss the chance to see her live shows.
